Some more clarity on why operators didn’t always respond. It says they will respond within 24 hrs but I had 5 or 6 that just expired with no response and this wasn’t clear that this happens

first time users, transfercar process was streamlined and easy but found the ezi car rental return to nelson airport a bit confusing (car rental office not manned 2.30pm...it was waitangi day/public holiday of course) car was good to drive thx

Seems like a great system. Option for a back up insurance or a guarantee would be great, we often fly somewhere and then drive back so it would be a royal pain if the vehicle fell through. Thanks
