During my initial booking request your booking site included a disclaimer that the rental company would get back to me in one business day. This was fine, I booked on a Friday night so didn't expect to hear back until Monday. However over the weekend your system sent me emails saying the rental company had one (calendar) day to get back to me and my request was cancelled by Sunday! Something you should probably try to iron out...

Give more notice when cancelling or find another match as we had return flights booked. We did manage to organise another transfer car.

The Cancelation fee of $200 is very high, and needs to be explained better. Does this charge apply if cancelation occurs due to no fault of the hirer. What happens in a cyclone like we are having now etc?

Europcar was really hard to reach in the end when they send me an incorrect invoice. Also during the drive, i tried to reach them and on the numbers given to me no one picked up.
