The pick up process took quite a while but they had had a number of cars arrive back also the rental car company is operated by a different company so had to enquire if we were in the right place.

Not particularly. I think it's a really great service. Sometimes it's hard to find the relocation you want, but that can't be helped really.

Just the to and from searching function often seems to remove one of the options to show more results or something. Also, email alerts for specific dates/pickup dropoff wasn't easy to set up. But the process once a vehicle was found was very straightforward. It's a good service.
