Previous transfercar relocations have been great. But A Rentals were difficult to deal with, not recommended. I requested only fuel included options, they said I had to pay, but did finally allow it. A bond of $1025 was taken on my credit card, I've never had that before. Then only $1000 was refunded. The Queenstown depot is miles from the airport and buses, but they would not give me a ride to the airport even though they were going to pick up other clients.

The companies should be more realistic on the fuel compensation. 1 tank for 1600km is not enough. In the end, the companies are still making profits.

Things were done very well, only thing I could think of is that just check what is on the advice tht goes to the rental company when the booking is accepted by the client. The staff I went to to pick up the car from were thinking I had to pay for the petrol but when I said no they quickly checked, apologised and said all clear, all good.

The was very messy, the status/damage of the car not recorded at all, they trying to pass on the damage cost! Lucky I look photos and videos as soon as I got the car, but still, this lack of recognition of the damages at the beginning of the rental is unprofessional.

the platform helps nothing if we got problem during using the car, in this case I asked staff of riteprice rental if I need to full the tank when dropoff the car, he said no necessary, but after that, they charged me 81.61$ for fuel and admin fee, that was really unhappy.

I tried to call your contact number several.times as I needed to talk to you about an unsafe vehicle and cancelling a booking but the phone number listed on transfer car kept disconnecting...it looks like the contact number for transfer car is faulty.
