The only thing is that it would be good if we were told that it is an automated system regarding timing when you return the car, because I was just a few minutes over one day and was charged for an extra day of insurance, otherwise everything was great

More clarity on what free days actually mean, for one rental company it means it’s still classed as a day even if you pick it up at 4pm while others it’s 24 hours from pick up. It makes it hard to plan if you don’t know this.

Not much. Everything has been clear and efficient. I was worried not to have heard from the rental operator the day before but once I contacted you about this issue, the rental operator quickly emailed me the confirmation. Thank you.

I did have one issue but Transfer Car have since been in contact to fix it. Good service. Budget/Avis were super helpful and was great to get to Auckland with a free tank of gas and no stress.
