Currently, once the bookings are confirmed in Transfercar system, they cannot be changed - If this can be updated in the system and Staff has an option to make changes, I believe it can help a lot.

Not really. Great service! There are sometimes relocations on the website that are still available even though the drop-off time is impossible to make so perhaps need to be removed a bit earlier.
