The van hire was a fantastic experience—smooth ride, clean interior, and very comfortable for our journey. The vehicle performed exceptionally well and was clearly well-maintained. We appreciated the friendly service and easy booking process. However, to receive a higher score in the future, we suggest ensuring that all equipment listed in the advertisement is actually included in the van. A couple of promised items were missing, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Overall, though, a great hire that we’d happily recommend—just a bit more attention to listing accuracy would make it perfect. Thank you for the excellent service!

when car company cancels we are left with bill for ferry and or flights, yet if we cancel we are billed by you

Great transfer. Only improvement could be booking information informing one to provide proof of address limited only to a water or power bill, something that was new and meant it took a long time to pick up hire. Thanks

We had wanted the car on the Saturday and been told we couldn't have it until Sunday but when we picked the car up were told it should have been available for Saturday.
