I loved the cab but there were multiple issues on the way and I still have not had some of them resolved.

The camper I was requesting was cancelled on me without any notice. I drove 12 hours to pick it up and nobody was there to help me. I have been trying to get refunded for the money I paid for days with no real help

There could be an option for rental companies to set ideal scenario for relo. That for somebody who doesn’t mind to travel any time..

More fuel allowances would definitely make me take more relocations. Although I understand this is unlikely to be in your power. Otherwise, the service is great!

Have dealt with several camper companies, and countless rental car companies, over the years, and haven't encountered any as easy to deal with as Spaceship. I love your 24hr pickup / return.
