The options to reduce the insurance excess is not explicitly mentioned in the description until we are at the counter to collect the vehicle. Normally, the option to reduce the insurance excess is quite vast, had I known the cost would be more than $300, I wouldnt have done the relocation and flown to my next destination.

Maybe just stating from which rental company the car transfer will be from before booking

I think, for people who really transfer car from the pick-up point to drop off point just to save time or money and not traveling extra km so those people shouldn't be asked for insurance fee but thank you for giving me opportunity to traveling this way.

Maybe some advise or pricing on reducing the excess or recovery per day in the information. otherwise it was a great service that made the difference for my family at a difficult time.
