Very easy and hassle free

Have a way to contact the car company, or at least be able to update your status so the car company can see notes or something about your trip etc. I had car request for point A to B. Once it was accepted, I requested another friend point B to C. When picking up first car, I had card issues, so I couldn't go. I canceled the 2nd request. I then got card to work, and re requested the 2nd car again. Drove to point B, and the 2nd car was denied to me. No way of telling them I got card to work, or I was in point B.

The camper I was requesting was cancelled on me without any notice. I drove 12 hours to pick it up and nobody was there to help me. I have been trying to get refunded for the money I paid for days with no real help

More fuel allowances would definitely make me take more relocations. Although I understand this is unlikely to be in your power. Otherwise, the service is great!
