Staff at rental company all smoking at entrance to building and no escape from it on way in or out. And door open so even in building breathing second hand smoke in w no escape

It would be helpful to know the level of technical capabilities of the vehicle as I struggled trying to have conversations while driving as only connection was through my phone (ie no Hands Free ).
