I wanted to apply for a different car transfer but they only accepted people with credit cards. I have a Visa Debit card. Everywhere else that card is being counted as a credit card but not this time. That was kind of annoying. But everything else was ok.

I struggled a bit with your man at chch airport avis counter he advised I had to take three days insurance, 2days and 1 hr ? but was only charged for two days so alls good thank you

Make it clear that we still have to pay for both drivers for the ferry. We thought the whole ferry cost was to be refunded, not just the caravan. Would have appreciated it to be more clear. Other than that, it was great!
