Good system to have, just need the bond agreements to be fairer than 3 weeks worth of wages at times but I understand that is the decsion of the rental company. I don't have a credit card so losing $2-3k for a bond which takes a fee days to be returned is hard t comprehend

Transfercar was easy to use. I wasn't very happy with Super Cheap Cars requiring a $500 deposit that took 10 days to refund after I returned the vehicle but that is not your fault.

Asking feedback from companies why a vehicle has been declined would be great to know. For example, if the timings are not suitable but perhaps a later pick-up time may be acceptable then this could help rather than having bookings declined repeatedly. I understand other factors could come into this, but a little more detail or a category menu of why could really help when customers apply for a transfercar. Saves repeated attempts for all involved.

I was told yhe insurance was 25 dollars but it wasn't mentioned that was per day. Was a bit surprised to find a higher charge on credit card...given I dropped the car iff 28 hours after I picked it up

The only thing that would have made the pickup process easier would have been if Budget allowed the document work to be completed online beforehand. (I know this is a specialized reservation and that may not work for doing paperwork beforehand. Not a big deal, at all.)
