Dear Transfercar, everything was booked. I got to the office at Auckland Airport to collect the camper and it was as though I was hiring the vehicle. The documentation that I had sent through to you had not been received. The license I showed - a Passenger license with my license number and photograph on it was questioned. I emailed my license to them at the front desk and they questioned the validity. When I went back to ask how I could get to the airport they told me I could walk.

Overall is good. Just I wish when the staff trying to explained something to the client and be more clear and slower. As some terms and conditions is quite complicated to understand. Thank you

Notification alerts when we subscribe for particular dates. As i never seen an email when the car is available as i need to go and check every time whether car is available or not
