Provide better communication. I never got a confirmation from Avis. I wasn't given paperwork on pickup. I wasn't sent paperwork on drop off. More Avis at fault here but it reflects on you. Simply you have a booking and hopefully it will be ok was a little concern.

This was great. Everything was fine. The only think I would suggest is an option to lower insurance excess. Even the nominated amount was still high.

Maybe just nakung it quite clear about the insurance isn't zero excess, this will need to be paid for if wanting this option. Otherwise everything went really well. Nice vehicle and easy pick up and drop off.

My initial request was declined by Europcar because I had selected a drop off time that the receiving branch was closed. This was eventually resolved by some emails to and from the company. Some form of automated checking of the pickup and drop off times would have been helpful in this case but I realise that the system to do this would be difficult and costly to implement.

Works ell for one way movements at short notice. Shame actual rental company didnt have it ready and then charged me for fuel on its return when fuel was included.

The time it took to confirm and also there were a couple of glitches with the booking pickup and drop off times and destination. Got it sorted out but a wee bit hard on the nerves. ;-) This could have been to do with the rental operator themselves rather than transfercar however, not sure. All's well, that ends well. Other than that, went smoothly. Would be happy to relocate for you again in the future. :-)

Our car had an uncomfortable shudder once driving above 90 which was unpleasant but manageable on our long trip. Apart from that we’ve used transfer car twice before and found it easy and reliable.
