I was very happy with the service. The only issue I had was with the website...when I needed to do a password reset, it wouldn't send me an email, and I had to ring up directly to get it reset. This happened twice.

The rental car company name being made known before application would help as some companies are more user friendly.

The low tire pressure warning light came on when I picked up the car, so I went to put some air in the tires, but when it was done I was charged $80 for the repair.

It was the first time that I did transfercar. I didn't realise that some companies do not include the ferry transfer. Also it turned out it was more expensive than if I had rented the car directly. I would have got a nicer car than the old one they gave me.
