I sent an E-mail to your support team but received no response. In the end my query was answered by Snap when I picked up the car. It was about the amount I had to pay but it was all explained by Snap to my satisfaction.

I was very happy with the service. The only issue I had was with the website...when I needed to do a password reset, it wouldn't send me an email, and I had to ring up directly to get it reset. This happened twice.

The low tire pressure warning light came on when I picked up the car, so I went to put some air in the tires, but when it was done I was charged $80 for the repair.
