Having to pay $101 for a taxi to get to Rolleston from airport was excessive and it would have been helpful if someone could have collected from airport. Very frustrating when the phone numbers provided are not available.

When booking in we don't see the car to see any pre existing scratches etc. The car I had had a couple of nasty scratches on it when I got out to it from the airport.
