Booking the motorhome was initially a problem as we wanted a 4 berth, but there was a technical problem on the page. However, the lady I dealt with in NZ was very helpful and we ended up having to book a 6 berth instead. We then opted to add the 7th day for $75 to our booking and again this was added without any issues.

It's SixT really. The car available wasn't as advertised. It was a CUPRA Terramar VZ not a CUPRA Formentor VZ which is what I signed up for! I certainty know not to consider purchasing this car because of all the gimmicks and accessories that ruined the driving experience. The lane keep assist couldn't be disabled - I was forever fighting the steering wheel when I like to keep more to the inside of a bend. Another biggie, I could not find where to put in a location in the navigator no matter how often I tried. It was almost as if it had been disabled. 0/10 here! I thought everything was covered including insurance but they informed me that the excess was $7,000! So I coughed up $130 to bring this down. In the old days I would be paid to take a car back to ChCh and the gas would be thrown in for free.
