Drop off was a bit of a hustle. No one was at the depot. No lock box, no shuttle. Tried to call many times the Chch office. No one picked up. Only eventually QT picked up, they said someone will come to drive the shuttle, but no one came and we needed to catch our flight. So called them again and left the car at the airport.

Set me up with a car at a time and place that worked.
Could be better IF I could communicate with you or via you to rental owner to negotiate pick up or drop off with respect to ferry availability when transferring between islands.
