Picking up the car I wasnt quite sure of the company i needed to go to. I was looking for car transfer. It was another name. Address was correct so it wasnt too difficult. Otherwise it was easy sailing /driving. The lady in Melbourne was so kind and lovely. The car was so lovely to drive. I hope to help out in the future. kind regards Tash

Sixt let you down. I was charged $2,961.25 for a cracked windscreen and have had no refund or correspondence from them since they took the excess.

Last rental was advised free tank of fuel and was told i did not need to refill - now i have been charged, cant review contract as the rental company send a code and the contract times out. confusing!!! SixT...Car was great though! Otherwise all good
