Perhaps get some of the car rental operators to allow an extra day for road works over summer months when there are lots of road works going on. Other than that it was a good experience and we will definitely do it again

I am still waiting for a reply from your customer service department I rented a one way rental to Sydney The drop off address is incorrect on your confirmation email. Motopool has moved premises OVER A YEAR AGO and you have not updated your email address details As a result, I had to drive around the car park a few times to try and find Motopool return office and was unsuccessful as there was no signage regarding an office relocation . I finally had to ask a SIXT staff and was then told the office was moved over a year ago. I had to research online regarding your new return address and as a result incurred a car park fee of $48 by the time I exited the car park Please get your act together Motopool staff said they have informed Head Office and has been no action taken and there are customers meeting the same obstacles daily when they return their vehicles

The Transfercar organization and staff are fine with the exception of the contact number which appears broken, however my most recent relocation for RedSpot had issues which are not a criticism of Transfercar, but IMO they warrant attention.. Among other things, that mob doesn't believe in being contactable, all published phone numbers appear to link to an offshore call centre which is permanently unmanned. This introduces numerous problems since nobody in a remote call centre is capable of providing meaningful information about Australian locations..RedSpot staff in Australian offices confirm my complaints parallel theirs but management clearly doesn't care about customer service. Even returning the vehicle was far more complicated / messy than it should have been due to extremely poor communication. I perceive a risk of adverse feedback from s9me Transfercar clients who experience comparable problems to my recent ones with RedSpot. I would appreciate the opportunity to share the details with a Transfercar customer service person . 0488531824
