you booked the wrong vehicle for me I asked for needed accepted a van, no one answered my emails or phone calls I ended up having to book an extra airfare last minute at a high price now I have furniture I need to find a new way to move interstate

Perhaps a bit more familiarity with the various electronics. I did not avail myself of the cruise control as I didn't understand the buttons. I feel with the variation in todays vehicles perhaps a how to document is left in the car.
