Not let down but the timeframe in getting back to applicants needs so be a lot quicker. We needed a car rather urgently so had to book a hire car 😊

We were caught out with the info that we might need to wait 24hrs to be accepted. As our flight was cancelled and our new one had to be accepted before the 24 hrs was up it was all a bit stressful. Maybe give that info out earlier in the application
