Maybe be more flexible if we turn the car in early even though we bought an extra day that we didn't end up using. Other than that....excellent experience. Thank you. Diana

Very few communications when I signed up, although it was quite a while before our travel window. A few more regular notifications would have reassured me everything was working! Otherwise communication was excellent.
