Ease of getting the vehicle and staff in Dunedin were great.
No one was at the Chch depo for ages so had to leave keys in the drop box but that is ok

Nothing it comes down to availability. It was very hard however to get ahold of a person for a last minute change request.

Details given about the rental vehicle and conditions ended up being correct but were different than Europcar gave. This left me somewhat confused and uncertain about what to expect.
