I cannot think of anything except info from the rental car agency about how the car worked and where to park it at CHCH airport would have been helpful. But a FABULOUS service that I will use again. YOU made the process very clear.

One thing I could suggest, you could do a round trip? So say if I picked up a car or camper from Brisbane driving to Melbourne you could suggest a return to location. Especially for campers, people could do a road trip holiday. Just a thought, thank you for a great service by the way.
