Communication between staff. We fully expected to have to fill up the tank but was told by Greymouth salesperson we didn’t have to as we were a same day transfer. Reconfirmed that with the salesperson at the chch airport drop off before we departed. Then see we have now been charged 63.15 plus ccard fees for fuel which far exceeds what it would have cost us if we just filled it up ourselves as we’d planned to. But other than that - excellent in every other way.

No I am still waiting on the car hire company to release my security deposit but that’s on them not transfer car

Very pleased with service by transfer car and rental company (Hertz). Please also remind customers that they only have an hour's grace period for the return time for rental company

Yes, it should be easier to communicate, for instance about extra days or about pick up times that differ from the advertised ones. Sometimes there are cars sitting there that don't get taken and I could have taken them but a few days later. Thanks, really great service otherwise.
