The details about return times and ferry charges, should be made more clear, hidden costs and 4 days can sometimes just appear to be more like three if the operator want the vehicle back by 8am in morning

The communication between transfer and the rental company was not consistent. When I tried to make an amendment to the details the rental company said contact transfer car when I went to the transfer website the detail said contact the rental company. We resolved in the end however the communication could have been way better.

The cars that are advertised need to be somewhat similar to description. We booked a 4 door Yaris and got a 2 door Yaris from Wicked Campers and it was barely road worthy. Tyre blew half way on our travels at night on the highway near Sydney and the exterior of the car looked like it belonged at the wreckers. Really disappointing especially when travelling with kids as a single Mum.

I applied with 1 transfer car to start with, and 24 hours later still hadn't received a confirmation. Then I applied with another one and still didn't hear back. It was only after I applied with a 3rd one that I finally got a response. It was all very uncertain and made it difficult for us to make plans.
