it was disappointing that on your site it was not made clear that we would be unable to reduce the excess on the car we relocated to below $1,200. It was stressful to discover this only at Chch airport

Not really. Communication was prompt, explanation for the T C's was accurate. I would like however to know in advance which company is offering the relocation, rather than having to apply for it and then see who is the provider.
