Only quibble was that I'm sure I booked a 5pm pick up and drive off, but didn't notice the booking was 4pm until I read the email. Not a biggie though

Yes ask providers to offer enough time to travel the distance. I think max driving per day should be about 300 kms. Over that it can lead to driver fatigue and a health and safety issue. Just some ideas!

Was as great as it has been before. Only thing was I applied on a Saturday I think, maybe Friday night, and it expired over the weekend so I had to reapply and got an ok on the Monday morning. Maybe the hire company could have replied sooner. Thanks

Add advice on the main website that applications for vehcilce might be declined, and to book multiple. We only noticed that advice after 1st time being declined. Good service. Thanks
