Having the option to include a message when you send in the request. As sometimes you don't know the type of car you will be getting, so having the option to state the request is only valid if the type of car is...... or I only wish this request to be approved if the second request I submitted is also approved, as I need both to get to my destination by a certain date . These type of small addition would allow me I'm sure others to apply for more relocatables, knowing you have certainty about what you're requesting.

No, it's an excellent service. This was my 4th time renting transfer cars. I'd be tempted to travel further if the cost of the vehicle fare for the Interislander Cook Strait ferry was included in the transaction.
