No hidden fees at the counter (deposits) and transparency that there are charges for airport transfer. Also more free days makes the trip more worthwhile. Thx

The process is pretty straight forward. Would be good to get all info needed for the rental company ie. License number insurance options etc. Online rather than the tedious process at the counter in person perhaps.
