Perhaps coding of the companies as it’s hard to know who you may be dealing with if you have a specific question but more importantly provide a satisfaction % satisfaction rating system of the entity who is listing.

The wait time on the way over was poor (over 30min before being served). However driving back, I drove a vehicle with a fault. I was informed it was fully serviced, however part way up the viaduct on Arthur's Pass all the electrics died 😳 Thankfully this was only for a few seconds, but this could have been longer and incredibly dangerous. I've used transfer car frequently, grateful for the service, and let others know about it. This situation could have become very dangerous very quickly and I encourage you to speak with any operators that faults on cars need to be reassessed as to whether they are appropriate for transfer car. Thanks ☺️
