Drop off at Picton when taking the Bluebridge ferry is complicated and makes that ferry terminal more difficult to get to during out of office hours.

Customer service at drop off at Sydney Airport could be improved. The agent was quite rude and abrupt, felt like I was annoying her by returning the truck early!!

Long wait 45 mins at Europcar at Christchurch airport due to one person having difficulties with their card. I feel they should have been asked to wait until other customers were processed. Other than that great service!
