You could explain the option we have to pay (like insurance) before the booking,cause the website let us know that everything is included but when we check-in on the company website some days before the transfer we learn that we have to pay extras...

Just one thing that we booked with free tank but it was not reflected on our booking status when we checked in. The receptionist confirmed with this with my email status but there was a bit of the confusion. Other than that it was a great experience!

I got told they could cancel my booking anytime if a paying customer rented a campervan. I understand that point but would be good to have no less than 48h notice, because people need to book flights or places to park the campervan which means we can lose that money if the booking gets cancel last minute.
