Refunding my $15 for the toilet pack that I never used. This refund would be appreciated, thanks. I have been telling everyone about the relocation service and when I'm walking away I can here them saying that's a really great idea why have I not thought about that to their friends or colleagues.

Maybe provide a check list to the patron before leaving with the car to check windscreen, panels, tires, hubcaps, bumpers and anything else that they may not think about checking the condition of before departing.

Only issue I had is that I thought the car was to be returned to Auckland airport but it needed to be returned to Beach Road. It was quite inconvenient as I had parked my car at the airport. I wish this had been made clearer to me.
