- A valid, physical, and full/unrestricted driving licence issued in Australia or New-Zealand, -or- a valid, physical, full (unrestricted) driver’s licence from your home country is accepted. Digital licences are not accepted.
- Transfercar will not deduct any money off your credit or debit card for insurance purposes. All transactions will be made directly between the driver and the rental operator at time of pickup or via phone once the request is accepted. For all debit card transactions, the bond and/or insurance excess amount will be debited directly off the driver's debit card at time of pickup and refunded on safe and timely return of the vehicle.
Deposit instructions
This relocation requires a $100 deposit. The deposit is charged at the time the Rental Operator accepts your Transfercar request, and is refunded to you by the Rental Operator after the relocation has been completed. Ensure you have available funds in the card that you requested for the relocation; otherwise, your request will be rejected. If you cancel or do not relocate the confirmed booking, the usual cancellation policy and fees will not apply; instead, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy
Once the request is accepted, any cancellations must be made directly to the rental operator AND in the "My Transfercar" page in your Transfercar account. Please note that for this relocation you will lose your deposit if you cancel your booking. Therefore Transfercar's standard cancellation fees do not apply to this relocation. However, if you don’t cancel and simply don’t show up, a $100 no-show fee will be charged in addition to the deposit. These special conditions for cancellation fees only apply to this listing and replace clause 5 in Transfercar's usual terms and conditions for relocation drivers.
