Deposit instructions
This relocation requires a $75 deposit, plus an additional $15 deposit if you request an extra paid day. The deposit/s are charged at the time the Rental Operator accepts your Transfercar request, and are refunded to you by the Rental Operator at drop off.

If you cancel or do not relocate the confirmed booking, the usual cancellation policy and fees will not apply; instead, the deposit/s will not be refunded.
However, if you don’t cancel and simply don’t show up, a $100 no-show fee will be charged in addition to the deposit. These special conditions for cancellation fees only apply to this listing and replace clause 5 in Transfercar's usual terms and conditions for relocation drivers.

Once the request is accepted, any cancellations must be made directly to the rental operator AND in the "My Transfercar" page in your Transfercar account.
